Sample Alteryx Workflow: SAP RPA Tool - Update Pricing Condition Records

This workflow from DVW Analytics uses the DVW Alteryx Connector for SAP Table Data Tool and the DVW Alteryx RPA Tools SAP RPA Tool to demonstrate how SAP GUI Scripting can be used in Alteryx to automate the update of Pricing Condition Records in an SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA system.

The workflow is divided into 3 parts:

1. The extract of Pricing Condition Records from an ECC system using the Alteryx Connector for SAP Table Data tool​
2. The use of Alteryx tools to apply a 10% increase to the Pricing Condition Record values
3. The use of the SAP RPA tool to perform via SAP GUI Scripting, the update of the Pricing Condition Record values
