The DVW Alteryx Connector for SAP (ACS) is the fastest, easiest way to read data from SAP into Alteryx and write data from Alteryx into SAP. Installed as an Alteryx plug-in, it connects Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server directly to SAP, so you read and write SAP data from inside your Alteryx workflows.

The DVW Alteryx Connector for SAP supports the extract of data from a wide range of SAP sources including:
- SAP Tables & Views - Extract data from SAP Tables (Transparent / Pooled / Clustered) and SAP Views. Search for SAP Tables and related SAP Tables. Select fields to be extracted from a complete list of Table fields incl. custom fields. Apply Filters to the SAP Table data to be extracted.
- SAP Transactions (T-Codes) & Reports - Extract data from standard and custom SAP Transactions (T-Codes) and Reports (ABAP Reports). Utilize existing Transaction and Report Variants. Select fields to be extracted. Apply Filters to the SAP data to be extracted.
- SAP Queries - Works with SAP Queries (Transaction SQVI / SQ01 / SQ02 / SQ03). Search for SAP Queries. Select fields to be extracted from the SAP Query. Apply Filters to the SAP Query data to be extracted.
- SAP Spool - Works with standard and custom SAP Transactions and Reports that provide the ability to "Execute and Print" and "Execute in Background". Access SAP Spool Jobs linked to user's SAP User Name.
- SAP OData - Search for SAP OData services. Select fields to be extracted from the OData service. Apply Filters to the SAP OData data to be extracted.
- SAP BAPI (Add-On) - Search for standard and custom SAP BAPIs. Select SAP BAPI tables and fields to be included in extract. Apply Filters to the SAP BAPI extract. Automatically format the SAP BAPI extract output.
- SAP Attachment - Extract attachments from SAP Transaction Data and SAP Master Data. Supports any SAP supported MIME type format including texts, images, audio, video and applications such as PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
- SAP Long Text - Extract SAPscript texts from SAP Transaction Data and SAP Master Data. Supports any SAPscript Text Object and Text ID.
- SAP BW - Extract data from SAP BW Queries & SAP BW Query Views. Extract data from SAP BW InfoProviders (InfoCubes, MultiProviders, Composite Providers, InfoSets, DSO, ADSO, InfoObjects acting as InfoProviders). Extract SAP BW Hierarchy data in an optimized flat tabular format. Extract SAP BW Text for any SAP BW InfoObject.
- SAP HANA Views - Extract data from SAP HANA CDS Views, Calculation Views, Attribute Views and Analytical Views. Search for SAP HANA Views. Select fields to be extracted. Apply Filters to the SAP HANA View data to be extracted.
- SAP Analytics Cloud - Extract data from SAP Analytics Cloud objects.
The DVW Alteryx Connector for SAP uses SAP BAPI, SAP IDoc, SAP OData and SAP InfoProvider write capability to support the load, creation and update of SAP Master Data (e.g. Customer, Material), SAP Transaction Data (e.g. Sales Order, G/L Journal Entry), SAP BW InfoProvider Data, and SAP Analytics Cloud Data.
- SAP BAPI Write (Add-On) - Load data from Alteryx workflows directly into SAP using SAP BAPIs or SAP RFC-enabled Function Modules. Supports use cases including creation of Sales Orders, Purchase Requisitions, posting Goods Movements, posting G/L Documents.
- SAP IDoc Write (Add-On) - Load data from Alteryx workflows directly into SAP using IDoc (Intermediate Document) technology. Supports data migration for SAP S/4HANA, loading and update of Master Data and Transaction Data.
- SAP OData Write (Add-On) - Load data from Alteryx workflows directly into SAP S/4HANA Cloud via OData services.
- SAP Analytics Cloud Write (Add-On) - Write data to SAP Analytics Cloud objects from Alteryx workflows.
- SAP BW Write (Add-On) - Load data from Alteryx workflows directly into SAP BW InfoProviders (InfoCube, ODS Objects, ADSO). Update SAP BW InfoObjects and Text. Write data to SAP BW Hierarchies.
- SAP ECC Hierarchy Updates (Add-On) - Update SAP ECC Cost Center, Profit Center, Cost Element, Activity Type, Business Process and Internal Order Group Hierarchies.
