Data is refreshed automatically from 42 SAP systems to detect Segregation of Duties conflicts, where one person can both post and approve the same financial transaction. The process runs across 4 regions, 54 finance controls and 110 audit engagements, and it cut testing time from more than a week to about 15 minutes. The model is fully scalable.
