The number in each Server license name is the maximum number of RPA flows that can run at the same time. Additional scheduled RPA flows queue automatically and run as slots become available.

Each Flow Tool RPA Server license includes named-user Workbench licenses (1 with Server 4, 2 with Server 8, 4 with Server 16). Choose any mix of SAP GUI Tool and HTML Tool at purchase. Additional Workbench licenses can be added at USD 1,740 per named user, per year.

What is included with every license

Everything below comes with your DVW RPA Tools for SAP license at no additional cost.

Product support

Support is included at no additional cost. There is no separate maintenance or support fee.

Predictable annual cost

No usage metering. Your price does not change with the volume of data you extract, the number of records you process, or how often you run your workflows. Server licenses are sized by capacity, not by how much data you move.

Works with your existing platform

RPA tools are available for Alteryx, KNIME and the DVW Flow Tool, so automations run alongside the SAP data workflows you already build.

Automation you build and own

Design, build and run SAP automations yourself. There is no per-automation, per-bot or per-run charge.

Free 30-day trial

Full Desktop and Workbench functionality in your own environment, with no commitment. Server trials are arranged on request.

Licensing is by named user (Desktop and Workbench) and by server. The SAP RPA Tool and the HTML RPA Tool are licensed separately. DVW does not use concurrent-user, floating or consumption-based licensing.
