The number in each Server license name is the maximum number of RPA flows that can run at the same time. Additional scheduled RPA flows queue automatically and run as slots become available.

Each Flow Tool RPA Server license includes named-user Desktop licenses (1 with Server 4, 2 with Server 8, 4 with Server 16). Choose any mix of SAP GUI Tool and HTML Tool at purchase. Additional Desktop licenses can be added at USD 1,740 per named user, per year.

What is the licensing model? ▼

Desktop licenses are per named user. Server licenses depend on the platform: DVW ART for Alteryx Server and DVW KNIME RPA Tools for KNIME Hub are licensed by core / vCore count. DVW Flow Tool RPA Server is sized by parallel RPA flow capacity (Server 4, 8, or 16) and each Server license includes named-user Desktop licenses (1 with Server 4, 2 with Server 8, 4 with Server 16); choose any mix of SAP GUI Tool and HTML Tool at purchase. Additional Desktop licenses can be added at USD 1,740 per named user, per year. RPA tools are licensed separately for each platform (Alteryx, KNIME, or DVW Flow Tool) and each tool type (SAP RPA Tool and HTML RPA Tool).
