DVW Dataiku Connector for SAP

The DVW Dataiku Connector for SAP (DCS) works with a wide range of core SAP products including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud. Add-ons are available to extend functionality with integration for non-core SAP products including SAP IBP and SAP SuccessFactors. SAP write-back add-ons (BAPI, IDoc, OData, SAC and SuccessFactors) are available from late 2026. The DVW software is installed on a single server or VM that connects to your Dataiku environment. Users access it there, so nothing is installed on their desktop.

Builder licenses are for the people who build SAP workflows, priced per named user per year. Each server tier includes Builder licenses as shown above. Additional Builder licenses are USD 1,740 per named user, per year. A Builder license requires an active server license.

All prices are for a 1-year subscription term, quoted in USD and exclusive of any applicable sales tax or VAT. DVW licenses are subscription licenses. Use is governed by the DVW Software License Agreement.

What is included with every license

Everything below comes with your DVW Dataiku Connector for SAP license at no additional cost.

Product support

Support is included at no additional cost. There is no separate maintenance or support fee.

Predictable annual cost

No usage metering. Your price does not change with the volume of data you extract, the number of records you process, or how often you run your workflows. Server licenses are sized by how many dataflows run at the same time, not by how much data you move.

Core SAP read capability

Reading from SAP Tables, T-Codes and ABAP Reports, SAP Queries, Spool, OData, BW and HANA Views is in the base license. Non-core SAP products are add-ons. SAP write-back add-ons are available from late 2026.

No limit on SAP systems

Connect as many SAP systems as you need, with no per-system charge, and combine them in a single workflow. Connectivity to non-core SAP products such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP IBP is licensed as an add-on.

Nothing on user desktops

The DVW software is installed on a single server or VM that connects to your Dataiku environment. Users work with SAP data there.

Full functionality in your own environment, with no commitment. The DVW server is provisioned with our team.

Licensing is by server capacity, with Builder licenses for the people who build SAP workflows. DVW does not use concurrent-user, floating or consumption-based licensing.
